Policies
The seller is responsible for:- Representing their item(s) accurately (authenticity, age, condition, etc.)
- Replying to New England Consignment & Resale with in 24 hours if we have contacted you with a question regarding your item which we cannot answer.
- Any eBay fees incured should they decide to cancel an auction before the item sells.
The Buyer is responsible for:
- Payment of the item
- All shipping fees
New England Consignment & Resale will:
- Accept returns from eBay buyers for misrepresentations only, for up to 10 days following the close of the auction.
- Relist the item a second time, free of charge, if the item does not sell in the first auction with the Standard Plus or Select Listing Options. We will return the item to the seller, or donate it at the sellers request, if it does not sell in the second aution.
- Accept personal checks, money orders and on line payment through PayPal from the winning bidders. Personal checks must clear before we ship.
- All eBay listing and selling fees.
